Caring for your jewellery
- Store your jewellery in a clean, dry space.
- Remove your jewellery when showering, bathing and swimming.
- Avoid wearing jewellery when applying makeup, lotions, perfume or hair spray.
- Regularly clean your jewellery with a polishing cloth.
- Always protect your jewellery from scratches, chemicals and extreme temperature.
Warranty
We provide a six-month free warranty service if your jewellery is damaged, scratched, faded or has other related problems. We provide cleaning, repair and other services required to resolve these issues.
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, or use outside of SELINA YANG’s care instructions. Shipping and postage costs are paid by the customer.
When requesting restoration of jewellery, please provide your purchase receipt or invoice and please contact: selinayangdesign@gmail.com before posting the items.
If you want to extend the warranty beyond the standard six month period, please contact selinayangdesign@gmail.com and we will provide you with a specific extended warranty plan and price.
