Our products are of high quality and full of love and we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our products after receiving them, we will exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Before returning
- Before returning an item it is necessary to contact us at selinayangdesign@gmail.com to explain the reason for the return and to discuss the replacement of your product, where applicable.
- All products must be returned with original packaging and in the condition received.
- We do not accept returns of any made-to-order or engraved pieces unless there is a quality issue.
